What is a simple sauce or spices that I can put on plain brown rice?!

Question: What is a simple sauce or spices that I can put on plain brown rice!?
I have some brown rice cooked up, but I want something to put on it to give it more flavor!. Could anyone give me a nudge in the right direction!? I would prefer it be very simple, and not have to be cooked (or with minimal cooking involved), and be something that I can just place on a single serving of the rice!. I like Asian-inspired dishes, and Indian food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I get grilled fish with brown rice from this restaurant, and they offer a few sauces, but the one that compliments the rice most is their chilli sauce!. It has White wine vinegar, chopped red chilli, olive oil, fish sauce, finely chopped mint, coriander and parsely, and its a little sweet so I'm guessing either sweet chilli sauce or sugar!. Its soooo nice with both the fish and the rice!. If I was making it at home I would add half a tsp of grated ginger as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a spice grinder filled with the ingredients for garam masala (i!.e!. not ground)!. You can buy them at specialist shops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
