hi there

I think certain types of fish have a lot of good fats and it is also good for the brain!. So i would go for some smoked salmon either in a salad or in a pasta!. I would also try some seafood like mussels cooked in a white wine and cream sauce its delicious!.

I am not exactly sure about how many calories that the two dishes have but they are lovely and nice to eat!.

Enjoy your evening and most importantly enjoy your meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on the kind of fats; you want to avoid hydrogenated (trans) fats and saturated fat!.

With that being said, fish (esp!. salmon, halibut and similar fish) are loaded in good fats and omega-3!.

Caloric content will depend on how you prepare it!.

Use extra virgin olive oil (another "good" fat) which helps you boost your good cholesterol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
