Question: Whats other foods to put with!.!.!.!?
macaroni & cheese that will make it a healthy and balanced lunch!. im a figure skater who skates 4 times a week so i need something that will give me energy and doesn't have tons of calories!.

are there any other good breakfast/lunch/dinner meals that are easy to make and has low calories and is good for you!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The other day I made my siblings a meal including Mac&Cheese!. What I did was I put the Mac&Cheese in a bowl and put a medium size plate under and surrounded it by grapes,apples!. jell-o, carrots with dip!. They loved it!:)

Pineapple Casserole

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
5 slices white bread, torn
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease a medium-sized casserole dish!.
In a mixing bowl, cream together margarine with sugar!. Beat in eggs one at a time!. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg!. Stir bread and crushed pineapple into the mixture!. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish!.
Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make baked macaroni and my husband loves finely chopped veggies between the layers of mac & cheese!. I use carrots, celery, Red/green bell peppers and onions, with some fresh chopped parsley, oregano and/or cilantro!. Fresh chopped tomatoes are good on top after it's baked too !.!.!.!.!.!.!.If you substitute grated white cheese (i!.e!. mozzarella or provolone), it will have less fat than cheddar or American !.!.!.!.!. a good "side dish" with this is either a green salad or fruit salad !.!.!.!.!.!.!.BBQ ANYTHING for lower fat! Chicken, very lean beef or pork, fish - with fresh steamed veggies or a salad; fruit salad!. You can have a grilled hamburger pattie or grilled porkchops!.
You can also have a salad with that!. Any grilled meat is pretty much alright and add veggies with it and you'll have a good meal!. If you get fresh veggies you can season and steam them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My mom fixes macaroni and some grilled chicken for supper, and it is good and pretty healthy, I believe!. And the protein should fill you up and give you energy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
