In the morning, put roast in a crockpot!. Poke holes with a knife and insert garlic cloves, or else sprinkle with dried minced garlic!. Add 1/2 water and cook on low all day!.
I also like to chop up potatoes, onions, and carrots to add to the roast!.
Try serving it with mint jelly sometime!.!.!. sounds weird, I know, but the taste!?! Yumm!.!.!. Good luck with your cooking! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is a very simple solution that any kitchen can handle!.!.!.!.!.Pat your lamb with paper towels and then lightly coat with a fine dusting of flour!. Now, to this flour one can add any number of spices, or not, that is personal preference; however, salt and pepper are mandatory!. Sear this in a heavy pot in the oil of your choice!. Make sure all sides are browned!. These browned bits in the bottom of the pan add flavor and the flour adds thickening to the finished dish!. Once all is seared, add broth or water with onion, carrot, and celery and either bake at 350 for aprox!. 1!.5 to 2 hours!. Be sure to check from time to time to make sure that there is enough liquid to braise the meat!. Serve with mashed potatoes (or sthe carb or choice)!. Thickening can be further added to the meat juices to make a gravy!! Easy!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Marinade is all it takes !.Use fresh rosemary, mint and a good Italian botlted dressing!. I love Girards champagne dressing!.Keep it marinating at room temp for about 30 minutes,Use fresh cracked black pepper as a finish and serve with a garnish of herbs!. Lamb screams for sweet asparagus steamed with lemon butter and wild rice with almonds and slivers of pecans!.Enjoy,DWww@FoodAQ@Com
Leg of lamb, red wine, Italian seasoning mix, bake it with about 1" of wine in the bottom of the pan and keep adding some more until about the last 45 m of the cook time!. I normally bake mine covered for the first 1/2 of he cook time and then uncovered the second half!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
