Question: Help!!! I can't stop passing gas tonight!!! What can I do!?!?!?
Here's what I've had to eat thus far tonight:
1!. 2 small cartons of orange juice
2!. glass of red grape juice
3!. peanut butter and crackers
4!. 2 glasses of water
5!. beef and beans microwavable meal (small)
6!. bowl of Kashi cereal with fresh blueberries

What's going on with my digestive tract!?!?!? I don't want to wake the neighbors!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

LMAO okay, youve got my vote for funny!. Its called simethicone!.!.!.aka gas x!. Go get some!.!.!.might need to take it for two or three days if youre that bloated!. Hope youre not in pain or anything!.!.!.lolz!. Any body thats not use to high fiber ALL THE TIME reacts to these types of foods by excessive gas production!. Looks like youre on the right track in a way though, high fiber and lots of fruit is what a person needs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the beans, the cereal, the crackers, the blueberries! all of it!
your best bet is to take a beano
or 3 degas tablets
and spend lots of time on the toilet with the windows open and loud music oon!. take a book with you while you fart so you dont get bored!.
