1 c!. heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbs Splenda or 3 pkts Equal
1/2 c!. peanut butter
1 small box butterscotch pudding (I use Jello brand)
Blend until very smooth heavy cream, cream cheese & sweetner!. Add peanut butter until smooth!. Add pudding mix until smooth!. Pour into PAM sprayed 7x11 pan!. Chill 2-3 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/3 cup low fat Boston cream pie yogurt
2 tablespoon grape nut

I have a cooking group with a section of healthy things and they do all have counts!. I hate that ! Im diabetic and without counts what good is the recipe !!!!

This is a good candy, but remember, you have to watch the counts, you cant sit and eat them all !!!
CHOCOLATE PECAN CLUSTERS
1/4 cup mini maarshmallows
1 TBSP mini chocolate chips
1 tsp reduced calorie margarine
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 TBSP + 1 1/2 tsp chopped pecans
Place marshmallows, ch!. chips, adn marg, in a 2 cup glass dish
Put in microwave (covered) on HIGH 30 seconds
Add Vanilla and stir til smooth
Add pecans
Mix completely
Drop by small teaspoons forming 8 clusters on wax paper
Chill til firm ( about 30 )
Servings 4 (2 each)

serves 8
1 small jell-0 sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
1 small jell-o sugar free cherry jello
1 1/4 cup water
16 ounce can tart cherries in water, drained
In pan combine dry pudding mix
dry jello, water, and cherries
Cook over med heat
Stirr constantly until mixture thickens and starts to boil
Remove from heat
Allow to cool and use as canned pie filling

1/2 cup cold water

1/3 cup dry milk
1 cup cool whip lite
Combine dry jello and boiling water
Stir in cold water and pineapple with juice
Blend in oranges
Refrigerate for 30 min
In another bowl combine yogurt and dry milk
Blend in cool whip
Fold yogurt mixture into jello mixture
Pour in 8 x 8 dish
Refrogerate for 4 hours
Cut into 8 pieces

ADD whipped topping; stir gently until well blended!. Cover!.
