Sure you could substituted an Angus burger for the Filet Mignon!. I would something other than goat cheese though because I don't like goat cheese - I would use Pepper Jack, Colby Jack or maybe even a smoked Provolone in its place!.

The salsa: There is no meat or beef in this recipe, what you are asking is if you can use Angus burger, which is a type of beef in that recipe!.!.!. this would not work!.

There is an completely unrelated ingredients list for Black Pepper Crusted Fillet Mignon with Goat Cheese, which doesn't make sense, there are ingredients there, but no instructions, so I can't really say if Angus burger would work, but don't see why you couldn't sub it for the fillet mignon

salsa and goat cheese steak or burger actually sounds quite unappetising, those 2 different recipes don't seem to be a very good combinationWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can make a burger sounds good with the salsa i might use a pepperjack cheese but you could use the goat if you likeWww@FoodAQ@Com
