What to cook with lots of Apple 'Sauce'?!

Question: What to cook with lots of Apple 'Sauce'!?
I have a thick apple 'sauce' and lots of it!. I made apple turnovers last night and am wondering what to make with the rest of it!. I was thinking apple pie or apple crumble but I want some other interesting desserts (or main meals)!.

I was thinking - is it possible to make like a queens pudding but instead of jam, use the apple sauce!? Any other ideas would be great!

(It was made by cooking down some apples with sugar, ground cinnamon, and a touch of ground cloves)Www@FoodAQ@Com
