I tried looking this up on the food network site for you, but it isn't there!. I'm just going to guess for you, an educated guess, but a guess nevertheless!.
I would have the oven on 400-425 degrees F and I'd leave it in there for at least 7-8 minutes, until the goat cheese is good and hot all the way through!. (I'm assuming the dough is pretty well cooked on the grill, but even if it is finishing up in the oven it wouldn't take that long!.!.!.)
Addendum: lol in the time it took for me to answer I see many others have put their two cents worth in!. Some agree with me, and some say put the oven lower!.!.!. The lower temp may sound safer, but I don't think it will work as well!. You'll have to leave it in longer and that will dry it out even more than a higher temp will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Did you try the website!? It should have it on there!.
My guess is about 350 or 400 F, and for only a couple of minutes, since you don't want the lobster to overcook!. Just till the cheese melts a bit!.

i would think that you wouldn,t want to cook it that long being that its already cooked on a grill!.
i would suggest 8 minutes at 400 degrees F!.!.just long enough to brown your goat cheese!.
