Answers:
Stir fries are very healthy as you are cooking the vegetables for a minimum of time so preserviing their vitamin and mineral content!. Chicken is a very low fat food as of course are veg!.Make sure you use one of the "healthier" oils such as olive oil, or nut oils - seasme is also good, as is walnut!.
Please dont worry about calories, just try to enjoy your meal - if calories are an issue maybe you should seek dietary help!.
By the way, no food is healthy or unhealthy - everything is fine in moderation or as a very occasional treat!! (As long as the main part of your diet is sensible and health conscious)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go light on the cooking oil and it'll be very healthy!. Chicken's a naturally low-fat meat!.

Maybe leave the sesame seeds out if you want to save on the calories and use rice noodles instead (though be warned, they are tricky to cook well - they just need the slightest gimpse of boiling water, much more and they'll turn to stodge)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The recipe looks fine!. Very healthy, I'd say!.

The only issue I have is that the amounts of oil are ambiguous!. Does he means 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil plus 2 tablespoons of sesame oil!? Or 1 tablespoon of each!? (Sorry, Gordon, but you really do have to watch for this sort of thing when doing recipes!.) 2 of each just seems a bit wasteful, and sesame oil isn't cheap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

stir fry is healthy as long as you don't use much oil!. Probably would be about 500 calories in one serving I reckon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on how much oil and noodles you use, there is no measurements for those given!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

don't worry just eat itWww@FoodAQ@Com
