It is in an X shape at the bottom with a handle and using it on ground meat makes the meat turn out very fine with no clumps!. Anyone know what it is called and where I can get another one!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Is this it, the "ChopStir!?"

http://www!.amazon!.com/Harold-Import-Chop!.!.!.

"It gets tiring standing over a skillet, chopping up ground meat as it browns!. Do it in a fraction of the time with the ChopStir!. Just put in the meat in the skillet and press down on the chopper, chopping the meat into 1 chunks!. Continue to brown and keep chopping the meat in the center of pan until all meat is cooked and the size that you want!. This handy kitchen tool can chop soft fruits and vegetables and pie crust crumbs!. Use it to stir frozen juice concentrate and soups too! Chopstir is 10 long and chopper is 3 in diameter!. Made of durable foodsafe plastic!. Dishwasher safe!"Www@FoodAQ@Com

Could it be a potato masher!? They do the same thing!. If you can't find what you have, try a hand held potato masher, they're supposed to do the same thing!. I haven't tried it, but Rachael Ray uses when making ground beef and claims it breaks it up really good!.

If it's not that, try search Bed, Bath, and Beyond under kitchen gadgets, or somewhere like surlatable!.com or williams-sonoma!.com or their store!. I'm not sure where else, you could put in x shaped spatula in a search engine and see what comes up, maybe you'll find some sites and what you're looking for that one!.

I hope this helps and you find what you're looking for!Www@FoodAQ@Com
