Answers:
Fresh fruit with granola , a few slices of toast and a glass of juice!. Keep it simple, never eat eggs before doing any type of workout cause it causes a sour stomach from my experience anyway!. And on a hot day you want to keep your dairys down as it could also sour your stomache!. I use to run cross country too in HS, my AM brkfst was English muffin with strawberry preserves, bowl of cherrios in 1/2 c milk, 2 bananas, and half a power bar to snack on 10 mins before we started working out in the morning!. Actually had to ask my mom about that routine!.!.lol!. Anyway keep it very healthy and simple and have a good workout!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
