Healthy meals?? help?!
my sister had a baby girl about 8 months ago!. in that time, her and her husband have given everything to their little girl, and haven't been eating very healthy lately!.
she'd love if you guys could give her some healthy, relatively easy to make dinners that are yummy as well!.

If they have a crock pot, there's lots they can make easily!.
Put a roast in with some baby carrots, onion, and potatoes!. Add a cup of water, some salt and pepper and any other seasonings they wold enjoy!. Cook on low 6-8 hours and they have a meal for several days!.
Pasta with sauce is super easy!. And if they get the chunky garden sauce, it's full of all kinds of vegetables!.
Brown some pork chops or boneless skinless chicken breasts in a skillet!. Put a can of cream of mushroom, celery, or broccoli soup and let it simmer until cooked through!. You could also use spaghetti sauce or salsa instead of soup!.
Tuna casserole!. Cook some noodles, mix with cream of mushroom soup, some frozen or canned peas, some drained canned tuna!. Pour into a casserole dish, top with some Parmesan cheese, cover and bake!. When it's heated through, uncover and let the parm melt and get browned on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
