Substitution for "Plain Flour"?!
This is the recipe:
2 eggs
125 ml vegetable oi
250 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g sugar
400 g plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
100 g white choc chips
150 g fresh raspberries
I dont have plain flour, but I have "Self Raising flour" and "SUPER STRONG white flour"
Which one shall I use !? If use self raising flour then wont it be too "Raisy" !?
What shall I do !? :O

Use Self raising flour and no baking powder!. results should be the same!.
