You didn't let the milk boil long enough!. I typically get it to boil and set a timer for 5 minutes, of course, making sure it doesn't boil over!. I've found that if you boil much longer than that, they set up crumbly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello,
No bake cookies are very tricky!. When I make them, same ingredients and procedure every time, they rarely turn out perfect!. They always taste good though!. Even when they are a gooey mess!.

I usually let mine harden on the counter!. If I don't cook them long enough they stay softer!. I guess I still need to keep looking for the best recipe for those types of cookies!.

Good Luck!

I have not had those cookies in years!!
But I do remember at times they would stay soft!.They were always a nice after school snack!.
It also might be they did not stir in pot quite long enough to set!.
Another thing i noticed is online there are some variations in the recipe and several people said the one on allrecipes was runny!.
so maybe there was just too much liquid to begin with!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It happened to me to! I made them like 2 days ago and they didn't turn out either!. I think it's the humidity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
