Beat 2 eggs with a little milk until it is totally mixed!. Put a little butter or margarine in a frying pan and pour the mixture inside!. Lower the heat to simmer, cover the pan and wait about 5 minutes!. Once done, remove the lid, add the ingredients you want to one side, and fold it!. Remove form the pan with a spatula!. You do not need to flip!.
You can also add the ingredients to the beaten eggs before pouring it into the pan!. This will make your omelet look like a pizza!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Always use medium or medium-low heat when cooking an omelet!. Pour all of your ingredients in, and wait for several minutes until the side that's touching the pan is completely solid, and the top is just a little bit gooey!. Then, lift up one side of it and fold in over in half (as if you were closing a book)!. Let it cook for a few minutes until the side touching the pan is golden brown, flip the whole thing over, and do the same with the other side!. It's important that you keep the heat fairly low because it will give the omelet enough time to cook all the way through without burning on the outside!.

Use MEDIUM heat and add the filling ingredients when the omelet is almost done, but still a little gooey inside!.
After adding the filling, fold the omelet over and let it cook until the side on the pan is brown to your liking!. Then flip it and brown that side!.
When you are done, the inside will be done but not dry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the basic omelet is when u beat the eggs together in a bowl while u are heating a pan with a touch of oil or butter!. Then you just pour the eggs in the pan and let them cook!. There are two ways of cooking them!.!.!. one is to stir and scrumble them all the time (adding some milk could be required) and the other is to just let the mixture cook without messing with it (i prefer this one)!. Check with a fork if the whole omelet is cooked add the seasoning and its ready!. Its even better if you add some cheese, chopped peppers, some tomato sauce !.!.!.or anything you have really!.!.!. omelets is a great excuse to improvise in the kitchen!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
You can buy a special pan made for omlets, where there are two sides and you can close them for easy flipping!.
I usually just put all my stuff in a pan, and cook it on both sides instead of one (so the insides aren't gooey), then flip the other side over the other!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

After you flip it together, just let it cook for longer!. You can also try covering the pan for a bit to help cook the top before you fold it together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
