Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, special meatballs - make meatball & stuff a cheese cube in the center (so it's covered all with meat) - & cook
I did that with some hamburgers once & it's a nice surprize ! Saw it on some cooking show!Www@FoodAQ@Com

In a couple of bowls put half each of the minced meat!. Add an egg to each batch!. This will help to bind together the ingredients!.Next add finely chopped onion and some garlic!.
You can add breadcrumbs which will keep your meatballs juicy and moist!.Use a couple of slices of bread crumbled up!.
Add a squirt of ketchup and mix thoroughly!. You should use your hands as it's easiest!.Add any ingredients you like to the mix!.
You can add cubed cheese, herbs, cubed spicy sausage, peppers, sweetcorn!.
Form into meatballs and fry gently untill cooked through or par-cook and add into a sauce to finish cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I suggest that you wear plastic baggies on your hands because touching the meat is kinda yucky!. Then, add two eggs and some bread crumbs, and then throw in a bunch of stuff you can squirt in like ketchup, and mustard, oregano, garlic!.!.!.whatever you like!. Then you bake it a long while, cut it open to be sure it is done inside, and if not, put tin foil on top to keep it from getting too crispy til it is done!. Works everytime! Oh, and put sliced onions on the bottom of the pan before you add the meat, because they will add flavor and soak up some of the fatty grease!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make mine kind of like meatloaf, I mix the meat, breadcrumbs, an egg and a little bit of ketchup!. to make it different sometimes i put Parmesan cheese, or soy sauce on them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

use 2 eggs 1 lb ground beef 1 package stove top stuffing (your favorite ) smashed while still in package blend together then roll in to ball's bake on 350 until brownWww@FoodAQ@Com
