Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Chocolate chip cookies represent half of the cookies baked in American homes each year!. This chocolate chip cookie recipe will produce a treat that is sure to please everyone in your house!

Ingredients
? 3/4 cup sugar
? 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
? 1 cup butter
? 1 large egg
? 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
? 1 teaspoon baking soda
? 1/2 teaspoon salt
? 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
? if desired, 1 cup chopped pecans


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees!. Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter and egg in a large bowl by hand!. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt!. The dough will be very stiff!. Stir in chocolate chips!. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet!. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown!. The centers will be soft!. Let cool for one minute then remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack to finish cooling!.

Triple Chocolate Cookies

This cookie combines Dutch process cocoa with white and dark chocolates!.
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 11 minutes
Ingredients:
2-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Dutch process cocoa or unsweetened baking cocoa
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
6 ounces white chocolate bar, chopped 1/2 inch pieces (or 1 cup chips)
6 ounces dark chocolate bar, chopped 1/2 inch pieces (or 1 cup chips)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. Lightly grease (spray and wipe off) or line baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat!. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, salt and cocoa with a wire whisk!. In large bowl, cream butter and sugars!. Stir in vanilla!. Add eggs one-at-a-time!. Combine completely!. While mixing add flour mixture 1/2 cup or so at a time!. Hand stir-in chopped chocolates!. Drop by tablespoonsful onto prepared baking sheets!. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes!. Cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes!. Remove to wire racks for cooling completely!. Makes about 4 dozen cookies!.

For bar cookies: Lightly grease 9x13 pan!. Spread dough into pan!. Bake for 20-25 minutes!.

German Loaf Cookies

2 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Fructose (37!.5 ml)
1/8 ts Almond extract (!.6 Ml)
1/2 Cup(s) Egg substitute or 1 lg!. egg
1 1/2 c Sifted unbleached flour(173g plus
2 lg!. egg whites
2 3/4 ts Baking pow
4 Tablespoon(s) Softened margarine (60 g) -(7!.5 ml)


Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F (180C)!. Combine fructose and egg substitute; beat until light and fluffy!. Add margarine, lemon juice, lemon zest, almond extract, flour, and baking powder!. Mix well!. Place 3/4 of the dough mixture on a floured board!. Form into a rectangle about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick!. Add cocoa and cinnamon to remaining dough and spread over rectangle!. Fold both sides of dough into the middle to make a long, flattened log!. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, until lightly browned!. Remove from oven and slice with a very sharp knife into 1/2 inch (1!.5 cm) slices!. Preheat broiler!. Place slices on an ungreased baking sheet and broil for a few moments on each side (be careful; these burn easily)!. Cool on a wire rack!. Store in an airtight container!.

1 pkg pudding included devil's food cake mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup water
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter chips

Heat oven to 350F!. Generously grease cookie sheets!. In lg!. bowl, combine cake mix, peanut butter, water, and eggs!. By hand, stir until dough is formed!. Stir in peanut butter chips!. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto greased baking sheets!. Bake at 350F 10-15 mins!. or until set!. Cool 1 minute; remove from baking sheets!. Cool completely!.

You can mix the dough by hand, but if you don't have a stand mixer or a hand mixer, it's going to take a lot of extra work on your part!. You could make no bake cookies!. They don't require heavy-duty mixing!.
