I want to make bacon wrapped water chestnuts but I am out of toothpicks. Do you think it will still work?!
Answers:
Wrap the bacon over and under instead of around!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you're coating the bacon and chestnuts in something (we like to use bbq sauce), it'll help hold them shut, because as the coating thickens when you heat it, it'll act like a glue!.
It's worth a shot, with or without a coating!. I'm sure they'll still taste good even if they fall apart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
