Cooking time for chicken.?!

Question: Cooking time for chicken!.!?
How long should I cook boneless, skinless chicken tenders on each side if I just use a pan with some oil on the bottom!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
med-high heat, about 4-5 min per side!. Cut into the thickest portion of one to be sure it is no longer pink (raw) inside, but a creamy white color (cooked)!. Juices should run clear (not cloudy) when cooked!.

If they are really thick, you can cut them in half horizontally, making them thinner, so more surface area is exposed to the hot skillet!. Be sure and season w/ S&P, maybe some garlic or onion powder, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Longer than I did! I'm into my 2nd day of illness from undercooked chicken tenders!.

I personally can't tell you how too cook them long enough(hello food poisoning) but I can tell you if you choose to deep fry, for the love of God don't just judge by cutting open one piece!. Check them all!Www@FoodAQ@Com
