Answers:
For this, you are supposed to use some type of steak, but I have used hamburger and it was fine!. Put the burger in a bowl and add some Worcestershire, a dash of soy sauce, an egg and bread crumbs, spices, what ever you prefer!. I use garlic, or garlic salt, adobo, what ever you have on hand that's good with burger!. Then make medium sized patties, flattened to look like ground steak!. Set aside or put in refrigerator!. Get 2 bowls and mix some egg and milk in one!. flour in the other or bread crumbs with flour is even better!. if you have cracker meal, that works too!. You can put some salt and pepper or other spices in also!. Get the burger and dip in egg then flour mixture!. You can refrigerate if you want till ready to cook or use right away!. Fry in skillet with some cooking oil over medium heat till brown and crisp on both sides!. In other words, till done!. It is called country fried steak!. You could make a gravy to serve on the side if you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
