Baked Chicken & italian dressing ?!
I have a favorite chicken recipe!. You marinade the chicken in Italian dressing for about an hour or overnight then take it out and bake it!.
I dont have much time so Ive only marinated it about an hour but I like to do it overnight for more flavor!.!.!.!.will it hurt to bake it with some of the dressing in the pan!?

I usually discard all of the marinade the chicken, pork, or beef was sitting in because it's been sitting in raw meat!.
I think if you bake it with some dressing, use fresh dressing, not the old marinade because it could still technically have raw chicken juice in it!.

No, it'll be fine!. Don't make it swimming, though!. Season up the chicken w/ S&P after pulling it out of the dressing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
