How long should I cook a breakfast casserole..details?!


Question: How long should I cook a breakfast casserole!.!.details!?
It is eggs, cooked sausage, defrosted hashbrowns, cheese!.

It is in a glass/pyrex dish that you would use to make bannana bread, roughly 4x10 4 inches deep!.
Temp, and time would be appreciated!.
I have all ingredients cooled or warmed to room temp!.

I'd bake it in a 350 F oven and check it after about 20 minutes!. I'm guessing you have 4 eggs in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast Casserole

You can refrigerate this casserole overnight, but take it out about 15 mins!. before baking!.

Cook time: 50 mins!.

Ingredients:
1/2 lb!. sausage
1 medium chopped onion
4 c frozen diced hashbrowns
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
3 beaten eggs
1 c milk
1/4 tsp!. pepper
mild salsa *if you want it*

Preparation:
1!. In a large skillet, cook sausage & onion!.
2!. Break up sausage with spatula!.
3!. When sausage is cooked through, drain off excess fat!.
4!. In 8x8x2 dish, layer hashbrowns, 1/2 cheese, sausage & onion mixture, & other 1/2 cheese
5!. Combine eggs, milk, & pepper in bowl!.
6!. Pour egg mixture over cheese!.
7!. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 mins!. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean!.
8!. Transfer casserole to wire rack!.
9!. Let stand for 10 to 15 mins!.
10!. Cut into squares!.

*serve with salsa if you want*

Farmer's Brunch Casserole

3 cups shredded hash browns or sliced potatoes
3/4 cup (3 oz!.) shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
? cup sliced green onions with tops
4 beaten eggs
1? cups milk
? tsp!. pepper
Optional ingredients: Sliced fresh mushrooms or diced green bellpeppers

Preheat oven to 350°!. Spray 2 quart baking dish / pie plate with nonstick spray!. Arrange
potatoes evenly in the bottom of the baking dish!. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and green onions!.

Combine milk, eggs and pepper!. Pour over potato mixture!. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until center appears set!. Let stand for 5 min!. before slicing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
