Question: What would you buy at a garage sale, foodwise!?!?!?
My mom and aunt are having a garage sale, and me and my cousin are selling food!. We need more ideas of what to sell!. we already have: Cookies, Brownies, Rice Crispie Treats, Pop, Water, Ice Cream, Popsicles, and Push Pops!. We can't have anything with peanuts in it because my cousin is allergic!. If you could give us some ideas, that'd be great!!! Remember, 10pts for best answer!. You can make puppy chow and sell it in recyclable coffee cups:

Puppy Chow
9 cups Chex? cereal (any variety)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
-1!. Stove-Top Directions: Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside!. In 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted!. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla!. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated!. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag!. Add powdered sugar!. Seal bag; shake until well coated!. Spread on waxed paper to cool!. Store in airtight container in refrigerator!.

Cinnamon Apple Muffins
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup finely chopped apple

Heat oven to 375°F!. Combine, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in medium bowl!. Add all remaining ingredients!. Stir just until flour is moistened!.

Spoon batter into greased 12-cup muffin pan!. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes or until lightly browned!. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan!.




Peach Muffins
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 ? cup diced fresh or canned peaches in light syrup, drained
2 1/4 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp!. baking soda
? tsp!. cinnamon
1/4 tsp!. nutmeg

Cinnamon Streusel Topping
? 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, firmly packed
? 2 ? teaspoons all-purpose flour
? 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
? ? cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F!. Thoroughly mix the margarine, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla!. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture alternately with the peaches!. Thoroughly mix batter until all ingredients are fully incorporated!. Grease 10-12 regular size muffin pan sections!. Fill each muffin section 3/4 full with the batter!. Bake 25-35 minutes until firm to touch or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean!.




Parmesan Herb Muffins
? 2 cups unbleached flour
? 1 tablespoon sugar
? 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
? 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
? 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves, crumbled
? 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
? 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
? 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
? 1/4 cup butter, melted
? 1 large egg

Heat oven to 400 degrees F!. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin-pan cups or line with paper baking cups!. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off!.
In large bowl, combine flour sugar, baking powder, baking soda, sage, parsley and cheese, blend well!. Add butter/sour milk, margarine and egg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened!. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3rds full!.
Bake at 400 degrees F!. for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!.



Or cookies:


Sugar Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

DIRECTIONS
Combine butter or margarine, oil and sugars in large mixing bowl; mix well!. Add eggs; beat 1 minute until well blended!. Add vanilla; beat well!. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; add to creamed mixture, mixing well!. Drop by small teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet!. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes!.




Big, Fat, and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)!. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper!.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside!.
In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended!. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy!. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended!. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon!. Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the prepared cookie sheets!. Cookies should be about 3 inches apart!.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly toasted!. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely!.



Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth!. Stir in the eggs, vanilla and honey!. Sift together the flour, baking soda and cinnamon, gradually stir into the creamed mixture!. Finally, stir in the rolled oats and raisins!.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto unprepared cookie sheets!. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies start to brown!. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
