Portuguese pudding I think?!
I had this pudding dessert, and I thinkit used very tiny rice grains, and it had cinnamon on top, used milk and butter too I believe!. It took awhile to make, and it was served on a plate, not a bowl!. I heard them call it "Poppish" but I cant find it online!. It was so yummy, and I want to make it!. Anyone knwo what this is and an easy recipe for it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 1/2 quarts milk
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
In a large saucepan over high heat combine sugar and milk!. When bubbles form at the edges, stir in rice and reduce heat to medium-low!. Cook 60 minutes, stirring often, until rice is tender!. Do not allow to boil!.
Remove from heat and vigorously stir in beaten eggs, a little at a time, until well incorporated!. Serve warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is tapioca pudding you are reffereing to!. There are several ways to make it you can get the tapioka like white grain from the indian store
