Spicy Grilled Shrimp - VERY delicious
1 large clove garlic
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 wedges lemon, for garnish
Preheat grill for medium heat!.
In a small bowl, crush the garlic with the salt!. Mix in cayenne pepper and paprika, and then stir in olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste!. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with garlic paste until evenly coated!.
Lightly oil grill grate!. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque!. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve!.
Serves 6!.

1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup white wine
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil!. Add angel hair pasta and return pot to boil!. Cook until al dente!. Drain well!.
In a large saucepan, melt butter, saute garlic until tender, remove garlic and discard!. Add shrimp and cook until colored pink!. Stir in white wine!. The bread crumbs are used as thickening, so stir in a little at a time until desired thickness is reached!.
Serve shrimp over angel hair pasta, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese!.

1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Place shrimp in a glass bowl!. Stir remaining ingredients together; pour over shrimp!. Cover and marinate for 3 to 4 hours!. Grill over hot coals for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time!.

shrimps are very easy to cook and fast!.chop some onions finely put some oil in a pan add these onions when slightly brown add chopped tommatoes ginger some garlic paste keep frying themtill slightly cooked pulpy!. add the devined shrimps add some salt red chilly powder some corriender powder cook till done on low heat just before taking it off add a wee bit of cream!.There will be no gravy as such but if u wish to have some gravy add water to this before u add the cream cook for some time so that the water mixes well now add the cream & remove from fire eat this with some boiled rice> Besides there are many more ways to cook This maybe slightly spicyWww@FoodAQ@Com
