Peanut Butter Brownies

1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup butter or margarine
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz chocolate chips, semi sweet

Mix together!. Spray a 9 x 13 pan!. Bake at 350 degress for 36-40 minutesWww@FoodAQ@Com

3/4 c Margarine, softened
3 Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
2 c Unsifted flour
3/4 c Packed dark brown sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Salt
1 c Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.

Combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl!. Beat until creamy!. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each!.

Add the flour, baking powder and salt, and mix well!. Stir in chocolate chips!.

Spread the batter evenly in a well-greased 9″x13″ pan!.

Bake for 30-35 minutes!. Cool and cut into squares!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES

4 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
2-1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1-1/4 cups flour
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350°F!. Grease a 13x9-inch aluminum foil baking pan!.
Read through this recipe entirely before you begin, as you will need to divide ingredients into separate batters in order to create two layers!.

Microwave together the chocolate and butter on high setting 2 minutes!. Stir in 2 cups of the sugar and blend well!. Stir in 4 eggs and 1 cup of flour!. Spread this mixture in the greased pan!.

Beat cream cheese, gradually adding remaining ingredients!. Combine well!.

Spoon second mixture over batter already in pan!. Swirl together lightly stirring with knife to create a marble-like pattern!. Bake in Preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick has grainy fudge bits but is not clean, like in a cake!. Be careful not to overbake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients1 four oz package sweet cooking chocolate
6 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Coconut topping:
two egg yolks,
2/3 cup sugar,
one can evaporated milk,
1/4 cups butter,
1 cup flaked coconut,
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Stir together flour and baking powder and pour into chocolate mixture!. Stir the mixture thoroughly!.
Pour into a waxed paper lined baking dish, or a greased round 9*9*2" baking pan!. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes!.
Spread with coconut topper and bake for 25-30 minutes more!.
Cool and cut into bars!.
Makes 20!.
