I will give you a secret family dessert recipe that you must keep to yourself!.
Tiramisu:
6 Eggs Separated
1 Cup Caster Sugar
2-4 Packets of Savoiardi or Ladtfinger Cookies
500g of Mascarpone (That's usually two tubs)
Strong coffee (you can use instant if you want, but it's better with espresso) as much as you want!.
Liqueur like Baileys, Tia Maria, Amaretto!.!.!. etc!. (Baileys is my favourite) as much as you want!.
Small amount of bakers chocolate
9" Casserole Dish
Take your six egg yolks and pour in sugar!. Beat the yolks and sugar until they form a nice light yellow fluid!. This can take a while so don't even think about whisking it - use an electric mixer!.
Next, mix in the mascarpone with the yolk mixture until smooth (no longer, or you can separate the mascarpone and end up with slop)!.
Now we whip the egg whites until we get a nice thick white matrix with stiff peaks!.
FOLD in the egg whites with the cream base!. If you don't know how to fold I have included a source to it below!.
Now comes the cookies!. Combine your coffee (hot) in a cereal bowl or shallow pan with your liqueur!. Take the cookies and dip them (quickly if the cookies are soft, or for a short while if they are tough bastards) in the coffee mixture!.
Line the bottom of your casserole dish with the newly dipped cookies AS YOU DIP THEM!. Now scoop in half of your cream mixture on top of the cookies!. Dip more cookies and line the top of this layer!. Now place the remaining cream mixture on top of these cookies evenly!.
Grate chocolate on top and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours!.
It's actually a really easy recipe that almost anyone can make, and, aside from the mascarpone, the ingredients can usually be bought at the local grocer!.
Otherwise, dude, your meal looks good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For the meat eaters you could do parmaigiana (sorry can't spell it) So easy!. Just dip some veal or steak (fat off) or even flattened chicken in raw egg, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in oil until cooked (depends on thickness - don't forget to turn it!) Then put tomato paste on top, then some cheese and heat in oven or under grill!. I did it last night and everyone was most impressed! It goes great with salad!.
