Grilled Mahi-Mahi Steaks with Berry Salsa Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6 - 8

Ingredients:

* 6 - 8 mahi-mahi steaks
* Fresh rosemary sprigs
* 1 pint fresh blueberries
* 1 pint fresh raspberries
* 1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
* 1 Tbsp!. shallots, chopped
* 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
* 1/3 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup white wine

How to cook:

* Place fresh rosemary on mahi-mahi steaks and grill over medium-high heat for 5 - 8 minutes per side or until firm-tender!.
* Combine remaining ingredients and serve over grilled mahi-mahi steaks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hake, also called Cape Whiting!.
Its really a nice fish without that typical fishy smell!.
I like it pan fried in batter or sometimes for a midnight snack, I would do a baby hake in the microwave with some slices of tomato over it!.!.!.
Takes only a few minutes from frozen to cooked that way, and tastes great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Herrings is my favourite!. Well i like it pickledly served with vegetables and herbs!.
I recommend this type of fish in this meal because is high in Omega 3 fatty acids, which are heart-friendly, and a regular diet of fish is highly recommended for good healthWww@FoodAQ@Com

milk fish (from the philippines but you can buy it in international shops or big supermarkets)!. i love it grilled and stuffed with onions and tomatoes!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

tilapia fried , fried flounder,fresh tuna broiled
