Recent New York Times Choc Chip Cookie recipe?!
Did anyone make the choc chip recipe in the NYT from a few weeks ago!?
If so, or if you know the answer, I'd love some help:
One of the big "secrets" they discussed was to let the dough sit in the fridge for 24 to 36 hours, and THEN bake the cookies!. What they do not mention, however, is if I should let the dough come to room temp before scooping out and putting it on the tray to bake!.
Anyone know the correct option!? (I'd do a test run, but the chocolate cost quite a bit and I'd like to just get it right, right off the bat!)Www@FoodAQ@Com
