Answers:
I use a metal knitting needle kept specifically for the job!. I've made loads of carrot cakes and they are notoriously moist!. Give it a tad longer if you are not sure!.

Good luck, I'm sure it will be wonderful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no!.!.!.!.!.A toothpick won't go all the way down, so you might want to slide a thin, sharp knife in!. And, it's easier to see if a knife comes out cleanly!. NOTHING should be sticking to it, when it's done!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put it back in your oven, lower the heat, try a kebab skewer!.
Other than that it may be a really moist recipe you have used!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i like to just drink the batter, personally!.
so i don't see what the big hooplah is with the baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
