add some crème fra?che!. that will make it less spicy and it wont mess up any flavors you have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can dilute it with some water, give it a thorough stir and then drain it - this will take out some of the chilli - but also some of the other flavours as well!.

Or leave it be and serve with a plate or two of sliced bananas!.!.!.great for relieving the chilli burn in your mouth - 10 times better than water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My mother in law adds sugar to her chili, I usually serve mine (Which is always a bit spicy) with sour cream!. It cools it to an edible temperature and cools the spice off a bit!. Sour cream and a bit of shredded cheddar over the top!.!. mmm now I want chiliWww@FoodAQ@Com

Either add more of the other ingredients or serve it with other foods to cool it down!.
For example you can add Yogurt to curry to cool it down
Serve with cucumber to relieve the spices etcWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yogurt added to the broth can cool it quite nicely!. Other than that I would suggest providing an assortment of additives!. Namely chopped bananas (They really help), chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber and yogurt, chutney (because it probably tastes ****)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

peel a couple of potatoes and put them in the sauce to simmer till soft, they should absorb some of the spice (then just take them out) or try to add tomatoes, or tomato paste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

serve it with natural yogurt or sour cream as a side!. The dairy takes the sting out of chili much better than a glass of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chuck in a tin or two of diced tomatoes!. Or serve it with lots of rice and plain yoghurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

add a little more of your chili makeings with out the hot!. you'll have left overs but it will cool it downWww@FoodAQ@Com
