1 doz hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 heaping tablespoons miracle whip
1 small squirt prepared yellow mustard (to taste)
Salt and pepper

Slice boiled and peeled eggs in half!. Pop out the yolks into a bowl!. I usually mash up one whole boiled egg as well, so I have extra "stuff!." Mash well with a fork!. (or you can use a food processor to make it really mashed!.) Add the remaining ingredients!. Spoon or pipe filling back in to egg whites!. I either use a mini muffin scoop or if that isn't available, I use a quart sized sandwich bag and cut off a small corner to use as a "pastry bag!."

Whichever idea you use here - Good luck! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's my favorite:

12 eggs, hardcooked and peeled, cut in half, placing yolks in bowl and whites on serving plate
1/2 - 3/4 cup good mayonaise
2 T sweet relish
1 tsp curry powder
Hungarian hot paprika

Mix yolks with mayonaise, relish, and curry!. Blend thoroughly until mixture is fairly creamy!. Spoon into egg white shells and sprinkle with hot paprika!. Chill and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow, these recipes are all so complicated!. I make the BEST eggs!. When we get together for family gatherings, I make more than 2 dozen eggs (whole ones) and they all go!. There are only 18 people that come too! My grandma thought they were really hard and had alot, but was surprised to find out I use 2 ingredients!.

Boil the eggs!. Peel and cut in half!. Scoop out the middle into a bowl!. Crush with a fork until there are not many lumps left!. Add MAYO and YELLOW MUSTARD to taste!. Some people like more mustard, some more mayo, taste and see!. I would say about 2 to 1 for mayo!. I never measure, so I can't give exact measurements!. They taste amazing!. I have a cookie press that has a star tip that I use to fill the eggs so they look pretty, but you don't need that!. You can just scoop the egg in, or is you want it to look a little nicer, put the egg mixture in a plastic bag, cut the tip, and use the bag as a piping bag!. Good luck and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
