You don't need to replace it, just leave it out!. It turns out perfect!. I always do it that way (Muslim)!.

I have never used a wine in making Tiramisu and have never heard of it being made with wine!. I have had Tiramisu made with Rum, however!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just use sweetened espresso to moisten the lady fingers or sponge cake!.
