Just use a fruit juice of some sort!.
Sweet white grape, maybe!.
If you're making it with coffee, then you can go ahead and leave out the wine altogether!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never used a wine in making Tiramisu and have never heard of it being made with wine!. I have had Tiramisu made with Rum, however!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just use sweetened espresso to moisten the lady fingers or sponge cake!.

I've made it that way many times and the flavor won't be missed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

coffee is usually usedWww@FoodAQ@Com
