Salton Yoghurt maker (electric)?!
I have just been given one of these - it has 5 pots + a thermometer!. It plugs in to heat it up but I have no instructions with it!. Does anyone have one / know how to use it!? thanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

I had one years ago and all you do is take a measured amount of milk (I would use water to set the amount, pour some in 1 vessel and multiply it by 5 and not to the top 1/2' is best from the rim), warm it and then add 1 small cup of plain, non gelatin based plain yougart, stir it in well, no bubbles, then pour this mix into the cups, snap the tops on and place it in the warming tray, plug it in and overnight the culture works to sour and create the yougart, the next day you remove them from the base let the cool to room temp, place them in the frig to set and chill, this can take from 2-6 hours and then if you like you can stir in fruits or other flavoringsWww@FoodAQ@Com
