What is somthin healthy that I can eat for lunch!? I really need to go grocery shopping, so what can I make out of stuff that you usually always have in your cupboards,pantry,fridge thats healthy!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i love having ground chicken in my freezer!. then the night before i can put it in the fridge to thaw!. put the whole package in a bowl mix some bread crumbs, salt and pepper!. make into pattys!. then grill!. put cheese on top if youd like!. yummy and healthy too! i make the whole package at once then eat one or two at atime with a fork and ketchup (although you might like it on a whole wheat bun or something)!. they keep for a few days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Healthy Sandwich: Put in vegetables, e!.g cucumbers, carrots, sweetcorn and other healthy things, avoid butter and cheese!.
Fruit Salad: Pour some fruit juice into a bowl and chop up different kinds of fruits and put them in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try to make your own quesdilla!.

Its really easy and healthy too!.

All you need to do is throw a tortilla on top of a frying pan, then and some grated cheese, then throw in some veggies!
