Roast Beef Wraps & Horseradish Mustard
For the horseradish-mustard sauce:
? cup horseradish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
? cup sour cream
? teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
For the wraps:
4 large flour tortillas or flatbread of choice
? pound sliced, lean roast beef
4 lettuce leaves, shredded
4 large slices of ripe tomato, sliced very thin
4 slices of cheese of choice: Swiss, cheddar, etc!.
For the horse-radish-mustard sauce:
In a small mixing bowl, combine the horseradish, mustard, sour cream, sugar and salt!.
For the wraps:
Lay the tortillas out and spread 1 tablespoon of the Horseradish-mustard mixture on each of them!.
Divide the roast beef among the tortillas and spread the remaining Horseradish-mustard on top of the beef!. Divide the shredded lettuce among the tortillas and top with a tomato and cheese slice!.
Tightly roll each tortilla into a cylinder, ending with the seam side down!. Cut the wraps in half on the diagonal and serve!.
(The wraps can be stored uncut wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator
Buffalo-Style Wraps
2/3 cup Hot Sauce; divided
4 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
4 ea flour tortillas (10"), heated or flatbread of choice
Combine 1/3 cup hot sauce and 1 Tbs!. oil in resealable plastic food
storage bag!. Add chicken!. Seal bag; toss to coat evenly!. Marinate in
refrigerator 30 minutes or overnight!. Broil or grill chicken 10 to 15
minutes or until no longer pink in center!. Slice chicken into long
thin strips!. In bowl, toss chicken with remaining 1/3 cup hot
sauce and dressing!. Arrange chicken, lettuce and cheese down center
of tortillas, dividing evenly!. Fold bottom third of each tortilla
over filling, fold sides toward center!. Tightly roll up to secure
filling!. Cut in half to serve!.

1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 slices crisply cooked bacon
1/2 cup guacamole
Spread each tortilla on one side with some cream cheese!. Top with some salsa and shredded lettuce and spread evenly!.
