Well, rule of thumb is 15 min!. on high to brown the crust and 45 min on 375 to cook the pie!. It just looks done, with juice bubbling out of the vents and a nice brown crust!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should have slit the top pie crust for the steam!.

Follow the recipes for time; however, if you are not sure, sneak a check in the slit!. If the apples need a bit more cooking and the crust is done - cover losely with foil and cook a few more minutes!. Be careful though, remember this will be very hot when you remove from oven and will continue to cook as it cools!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
