The same thing happens to me when I bake!. I figured out the stove in my apartment runs higher then it actually says!. So I bake usually 75-100 degrees less then what it calls for and it seems to help a lot! I woudl try that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most of baking is control of temperature!. Try turning down the temperature by 50 degrees (from 400 to 350) or from 350 to 325F and allowing a little longer cooking times!.

What you need to do is a dance between the temperature and the time!. You should do well with the above suggestions if you are following most boxed recipes!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you using cookie sheets that are dark-colored!? If so, lower your temperature by 25 degrees!. also consider investing in an oven thermometer so you can tell at a glance how accurate your oven is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try baking them at a lower temperature and make sure you check them often to make sure they don't burnWww@FoodAQ@Com
