Answers:
Humidity plays a big part in storing frosted cakes/cupcakes!. If you refrigerate them, they will dry out!. The best way to store them is at room temperature but covered!. If it's something that will get eaten in 2-3 days, you're probably ok!. If longer, just slice off what you want, and freeze the rest!. Frosted cakes hold up nicely in the freezer for up to 2 months!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can feel safe leaving the cupcakes out for 24-48 hours as there is no protein to go bad and get anyone sick!.

There is no need to refrigerate them, but if you want to do that put them on the top shelf of the fridge where the temperature in the fridge is the warmest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I put cakes/ cupcakes/breads in the fridge, it seems they get stale really fast!. But if I freeze them and then defrost them, they are soft and fresh!. I normally leave it out on the counter or freeze them!. Unless, it has a whipped cream frosting!. Then definitely refridge!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

definently refrigerate!. they taste much better that way!
also u have to put cling wrap on them to keep the frosting fresh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would regurgitate them, yuck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
