What can I make for dinner with mince but no eggs?!


Question: What can I make for dinner with mince but no eggs!?
I only have mince to make something for dinner but have no eggs, no bolognaise sauce!.

Bowl ‘O Red No-Bean Chili

3 Tbsp!. olive oil
3 lb!. coarsely ground beef chuck
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp!. ground cumin
1 Tbsp!. dried oregano
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup masa harina
2 cups beef stock
1 cup pureed tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

In a large sauté pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil!. Add the beef and brown, stirring occasionally and breaking up any lumps with the back of a wooden spoon, 7 to 10 minutes!. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the meat to a slow cooker!.

Add the garlic, cumin, oregano, chili powder, masa harina, stock, tomatoes, salt and pepper to the slow cooker and stir to combine!. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours according to the manufacturer's instructions!. Serves 8 to 10!.

Beef Enchilada Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped chiles
Corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef; drain off grease!. Add onion and cook until tender!. Add soups and chiles, heating thoroughly!. Place one layer of corn tortillas in the bottom of a greased 9x13” casserole!. Spoon a third of beef mixture on top!. Place another layer of tortillas, spoon another third of beef mixture on top; top with last layer of tortillas and rest of meat mixture!.

Cover with grated cheddar cheese on top!. Bake at 350oF until cheese melts and casserole is bubbly, about 20 min!. Let stand 5 min!. then cut into wedges and serve!.

SUPERFAST SALISBURY STEAK

3/4 pound ground turkey breast
3/4 pound ground round
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 large egg whites
Cooking spray
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Madeira wine or dry sherry
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can condensed French onion soup (such as Campbell's)
Combine first 4 ingredients!. Divide meat mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty!. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat!. Add patties; cook 6 minutes or until browned, turning after 3 minutes!. Remove patties from pan; keep warm!. Stir in water and remaining ingredients!. Bring to a boil; add patties!. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes!. Uncover and cook until wine mixture is reduced to 3/4 cup (about 10 minutes)!.

Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 patty and 2 tablespoons sauce)
