Question: Oranges!. Have an abundance!. What to make for dinner!?
I have about 8 oranges left and they are starting to turn!. I already made orange chicken once this week!. Any quick ideas for my dinner!?

Midwinter Suns!.

7 Large Oranges
6 Tbsp!. Sugar
9 Egg Yolks
3 Tbsp Port
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream for Garnish!.

Hold oranges so stem area is up, cut off the top about 1/3 of the way down!. With a spoon scoop out all the flesh but be careful not to break the skin!. Repeat with 6 of the 7 oranges!. Discard the cut off tops!.

Grate the peel of the remaining orange and set aside!. Squeeze all the juice from this Orange into a bowl, put all the fruit scooped out of the other oranges into a sieve and squeeze their juice into this same bowl!. Discard the pulp!. Mix the orange juice with the sugar and egg yolks in the top of a double boiler over a very low heat!. Beat with a wire wisk until the mixture thickens!. Remove the top pot from the double boiler and place in ice cold water while you continue to stir!. Add the Port!. when cool remove the bowl from the water!. Cut the butter into one inch cubes and mash into the mixture a little at a time!. Add the orange peel and set aside!. Whip one cup of the cream and fold into the mixture!. Pour the mixture into the orange shells and refrigerate for several hours!. Whip the remainder of the cream and add a large dollop to each fruit shell before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honestly, use chicken again but chop it up and cook it with some olive oil and spices to taste, also put some noodles on (Any kind, Angel hair, elbow anything) and using orange slices and with another orange sauce, and boom, there's a different dinner!. Remember to use spices on your chicken you think will compliment the Orange!.

Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
For the Marinade

90ml/3fl!.oz!. Honey
3 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp White wine
2 teasp Worcestershire Sauce
2 teasp Onion Powder
? teasp Dried Tarragon
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Other ingredients
4 Pork Chops, about 2cm/? inch thick

Instructions
1!. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, tarragon, and mustard!.

2!. Slash fatty edge of each chop in 4-5 places without cutting into the meat to prevent the meat from curling during cooking!. Place the chops in a shallow dish then cover with the marinade!. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours !.

3!. Grill the chops over medium heat for 12-15 minutes each side minutes, turning 3 or 4 times and basting with the remaining marinade, or until done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
