Is there anything good I can cook with egg yolks?!


Question: Is there anything good I can cook with egg yolks!?
I used the egg whites so is there anything I can cook that tastes good or should I just forget about it and throw the yolks away!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hollandaise sauce- cook up some chicken and fried potatoes and pour the sauce over both with a little monterey jack on top!. Tastes amazing!

Do an easy Hollandaise with a blender:
3 egg yolks
2 T!. lemon juice
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch salt
1/2 c!. butter (not margarine)

Blend the egg yolks, lemon, salt, and pepper together!. Put butter in a glass measuring cup and bring to a boil in the microwave!. Turn on the blender, and pour in the boiling butter as a continuous stream through the little opening in the top!. Continue blending until you get the thickness you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go ahead and cook them, and add them to teh filling for deviled eggs!. You'll have plenty of that luscious filling in each one!


Traditional Deviled Eggs

7 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
? cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp!. dill pickle relish
1 tsp prepared mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnishing

Halve 7eggs lengthwise!. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl!. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard!. Add salt and pepper, to taste!. Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture!. Garnish with paprika, pickles, and pimentos!. Store covered in refrigerator!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
