I'm from Australia too and yes it means 160 degrees! You don't have to do any converting because us Australians cook in degrees, not farenheit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't know why they would put a c there!.
If it was the internal temperature to cook it to in celcius it is far to high!.
160 degrees fahrenheit is medium well done for beef!.
Pork and chicken are usually recommended to be cooked to 180 degrees!.
-------
Goodness gracious!. If you cooked it until the internal temperature was 160 degrees celcius you would have nothing but charcoal!.
the c likely refers to cooked temperature or something like that, maybe center because you need to get it that hot in the center to be safe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

160 degrees CELCIUS
That's 320 degrees FARENHEIGHT
So set your oven to 320, and cook!.
There are two measures of "degrees" of heat!. Celcius, and Farenheight!.
Farenheight is the system used in the US, which I think you are referring to when you say "degrees"!. The C stands for Celcius (used everywhere else)
So when you convert it from celcius to farenheight, (I'm sure it'll come up if you google it), 160 celcius equals 320 farenheight!. That's almost double, so no, it isn't the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is right but you can just cook a little of it first, then slice half of that and add small amount of pickles and tomato sauce!. Boil it and put a dash of salt and that's it! You already have 2 dishes!. Then if you want to experiment, thinnly slice some and dip in a beaten egg to fry!. Slice cucumber and carrots and put the sliced fried meat on top of the veggies!. And that's another dish for you ;)
Hmmmmmm!. Yummy!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know where the meat came from, but chance are it means 160 Celsius, which is 320 Fahrenheit!. Our more common F temp for this would be 325 F!. Is it a roast!? If it is, then roast it in the oven at 325 F!.

no, 160c is not the same as 160 degrees!. look at a thermometer and find 160c look directly accross from it and what ever that number is next to f, that is what you should cook it at!. please do this right because raw meat can make you sickWww@FoodAQ@Com
I think the " C " stands for Celsius, I think 30 c is like 90
degrees, so that's probably like 350 degrees, for maybe
10 to 15 minutes, or so!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
