no doubt about it!.!.!.!. I even use my buffalo wing sauce on pork ribs!.!.!.AWESOME !
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup catsup
4 or 5 diced up HOT peppers
salt & pepper
A dash of sesame oil is great but not needed!.!.!.!.!. but here is the trick !.!.!.!.!.!.
first!.!.!.!. fry or grill the chicken or other meat without a flour coating!.!.!.!.!. and set aside !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.then in a clean pan (no oil) heat to high and pour in the sauce first the follow with the meat !.!.!.!.stir fast to coat all sides!.!.!.!.!.!.!. soon you will see the sauce disappears out of the pan and onto the meat !.!.!.!.!. it will become really sticky (that's the sugar caramelizing) careful not to burn it!.
Caution: soak the pan in water immediately because this stuff will really stick and make cleaning hard!.

Yeah you could also cut a breast or 2 into 3 strips and then 1/2 lengthwise (or maybe even 1/3, coat with a fried chicken type coating then fry and drain!. Toss in your fave hot wing sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
