Question: It it possible that a brine will ruin the boneless, skinless chicken for certain types of meals!?
Answers:
Yes brine can ruin chicken, especially if you leave the chicken pieces in the brine for too long!. Over-brining chicken can lead to a extremely salty taste and give it a consistency the resembles cheaper deli-style meats!. Too much salt can ruin a dinner where the guests are expecting a great chicken dish!. It can also provide too much salt for those who need to watch their sodium intake!.

When I brine chicken pieces, I tend to brine for a shorter period of time than the recipe recommends, as I have found that brine tends to flavor chicken pieces quicker than a whole chicken of the same size!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brining is great for chicken in almost all cases, just don't overbrine or it will be too salty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
