or frying,baking,boiling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Instead of boiling veggies such as broccoli, or asparagus and some others, it is more healthful to microwave them!. This steams them and retains much of the vitamin content!.

Place veggies on a flat, microwave safe dish!. Add about a 1/4 cup of water, dust with salt and white pepper!. Cover with a tight film of Saran Wrap!. Poke a few holes to vent!.

Microwave for 4 minutes on high for one large entire head of broccoli (cut up)!. If you like your veggies softer, cook for an extra minute!.

All the flavor and sweetness of the veggie and most of the nutrition will remain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes !.!.!. and they lose their flavor, and change color, when cooked too high or too long !.!.!.!.!. It's best to steam them (or microwave in a scant 1/4" water for about 3-4 min)!. You can save any liquid from them in the freezer, and then use it sometime later when you make soup!.!.!.!.!. Veggies should be still crisp and bright in color to be the tastiest and most nutritious!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
