i am a teenager who loves eating!! even first thing in the morining EVERYDAY i love waking up and having a big meal!.!.im 5'3 and 110 pounds so its all good!. WHAT ARE GOOD BREAKFAST IDEAS!?

BUTTERMILK WAFFLES
1 1/4 cups of sifted cake flour or 1 2/3 cups unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 fluid oz eggs or 4 large eggs
2 cups buttermilk
16 tbsp!. or 2 sticks of butter
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt!. Beat eggs and buttermilk until well mixed!. Add to flour mixture and beat lightly with a fork until flour is moistened!. Stir in the butter!. The batter should be lumpy!. Over mixing will produce tough waffles!.

im 5,4 and 93 pounds and i eat like a pig no joke im ALWAYS EATING but im so skinny so people think im bulemic and i hate it! i juss have a fast motabulism but anyways!.!.!.!.uhhhh tlkign bout food is making me hungry!.!.!.i smell scrambled egggs yuuummm!.
almost every morning my mom makes me french chocolate crepes for breakfast!! omg its sooo yummy!. juss get pancake mix and make it realllly thin then spread it out on a plate spread nutella on it and wrap it up and voila! o add powder sugar :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

because i love to eat i have a Muesli and milk and a cup of tea for breakfast a nice salad for lunch and that way i can have just about anything for my evening meal T Bone Steak and Vegies and Sweet and a couple of glasses of wine and cheese and biscuits and that gives me all 5 food groups every day and no snacking except fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

get a store bought pre cooked pizza crust, get like 2 or 3 eggs wisk them together put it on the pizza crust and top with your fave pre cooked breakfast meat like sausage or bacon and cheese!.!.!. put it in the oven and let the cheese melt the eggs cook and the meat to heat though!.!.!. mmmm breakfast pizza!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Great menus! ur menus seems good n healthy!. calories n fat from cookies n croisant, fiber from banana, yogurt a good source of vit n calcium!.
maybe you can subtitute cookies n croisand with whole wheat bread, or cereals!.
make salmond sandwich with some lettuce, cheese, eggs!.

I know it's not the greatest or healthiest, but I love to make my own Egg Mcmuffin at home!. Scramble some eggs and melt cheese over it with a piece of ham and slap it on an english muffin!. It's easy and is 50 times better than any Mcmuffin you'll get at McDonald's!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eating too much is unhealthy!. Just try to stay with a bowl of cereal and a cup of juice!. Don't go overboard!.
