20 minute 'chicken cordon bleu'

2 whole chicken breasts boneless and skinless
1 package shake and bake original
2 slices baked ham
2 slices swiss cheese

Butterfly the chicken breasts and coat both sides evenly with shake and bake!. Cook according to directions on box!.
When chicken is cooked though, turn off the oven!. Lay slice of cheese over each slice of ham, fold in half and put on one side of each breast!. Fold breast so cheese and ham is 'sandwiched'
Wrap each breast in foil and return to the oven for about 3-5 minutes so cheese can melt and ham is warm!. Remove breasts from foil and put them on plates!.
Toss together a green salad or steam some veggies to complete the meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
