When ever I make chicken in the oven I follow what ever recipe as the directions say then when I bake it i put the chicken in on of those foil cooking bags (close it so no air can get in) then I cook the chicken for about 25 to 30 mins!.
After the time expires I open the foil bag and look at the color of the juices that are at the bottom of the foil bag!.
If they are clear the chicken is done if they are not then remove the chicken from the foil bag and cook for another 8 mins in oven!. (remember to pour the juice over the chicken before continuing to cook it)
I normally set the oven to 350 or 400 when I cook chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, baking chicken in the oven is pretty boring IMO and it is hard to tell when it's done!. Bigger pieces will have an outside that is overcooked and an inside that is undercooked!. Both are big problems when it comes to chicken!.

First thing you should do is invest in a probe thermometer!. The best ones tell you when it's done cooking based on temperature!. This is the fool-proof way of not over-or-under-cooking chicken!.

Chicken is safe to eat at 165, but should be cooked to at least 170!.

It should take about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sometimes bonless chicken breast drys out if cooked too long so although its still pink and needs more time you have to let it cook in something liquid or rub it with olice oil or butter before cooking - anything to keep it moist !.!.!. also, if you cover it the cooking will work and still stay moist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the best thing to do is pan sear your breast first then finish in your oven!.this will allow the breast to be sealed, locking in all those precious juices!.remember breast is fairly lean so the more juice you can retain the better, let rest for a couple of minutes before cutting it,you have to let the hot juices reabsorb into the meat!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put it in the middle of the oven, once the cooking time is up stick a knife in the middle,if the juices run completely clear its done,if it looks cloudy or off white then leave it a further 10 mins and recheck!.or cook it in tinfoil that will keep it really moist and still allow it to cook thorouglyWww@FoodAQ@Com

wrap the chicken in foil loosely season drizzle with a little oil never mind the time you are given keep checking by inserting a skewer into the thickest part if the juices are clear it is ready take out of the oven and leave it wrapped up to rest for 5-8 mins uncover and serveWww@FoodAQ@Com

It is always best to marinate it, preferably overnight!. Trust me it will make it taste alot better and moist! Then cook it on a low temp!. This will kept it moist!. Then cut into it every so often to check and see if it cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cooked as asked but turn the tem!.25 degrees more, and add little bit of water to the frying pan and check that you don't run out of water while you cook, they will be browned and moist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on what you are cooking really!. I usually add chicken broth or stock to the bottom and it always comes out perfect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinate it w/ Sprite!. You won't taste the sprite but the chicken will be tender!. It's the carbonation in the soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

TRY ADD SOME LIQUID IT WILL HELP HAPPY COOKING!Www@FoodAQ@Com
